Guest Services Manager (Full-time, Wednesday-Sunday):  Wonderscope is currently accepting applications from positive, responsible, and detail-oriented individuals to serve as Wonderscope’s Guest Services Manager. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced and playful environment, is flexible and able to prioritize tasks spontaneously and independently, and enjoys interacting with children and their adults as they learn, play, and grow. Part-Time Weekend Guest Services Team Member: The guest services team member assists in the delivery of an exceptional museum experience by ensuring that visitors have a good first impression and a quality play experience. The ideal candidate loves to have fun, is flexible and responsible. Duties include:

  • Engaging children and families and addressing visitor/member concerns and questions
  • Helping to maintain clean and safe museum spaces
  • Performing front desk and point-of-sale duties
  • Assisting program staff with pop-up activities
  • Performing museum opening and closing procedures
