Programs Manager

The Programs Manager works with the Director of Play as the creative and strategic leader both for new and existing programs consistent with our mission. The Programs Manager will also be responsible for the development and implementation of project based camps at the museum and will work with Program Specialists to deliver strong, educationally based daily programs both in person and virtually and will work with Guest Services staff to ensure all programs and camps are serving members and guests.

Maintenance Technician (Full Time Mon-Fri)

The Maintenance Technician will oversee and perform maintenance of the entire museum facility to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment for all museum visitors and staff. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced and playful environment, is flexible and able to prioritize tasks spontaneously and independently, and enjoys interacting with children and their adults as they learn, play, and grow.

Guest Services Manager (Full Time Wed-Sun)

The Guest Services Manager works to provide excellent customer service to guests and members, provides assistance to staff in essential functions around the museum, and supervises part-time guest services staff.

Guest Services Team Member (Part-Time, Multiple Positions Tuesday-Sunday)

Wonderscope’s Guest Services Team Members are responsible for making guests and members feel welcome and safe in all exhibit spaces. Duties include interacting with guests/members and addressing any visitor questions or concerns, helping with the front desk point-of-sale system, assisting birthday party guests, monitoring exhibits for safe play and tidiness, and assisting all staff in keeping the museum clean and sanitized. The ideal Guest Services Team Member is outgoing, responsible, and enjoys a fast-paced environment full of children and their adults. 

Most part-time staff work 15-25 hours weekly with positions beginning at $10.50/hr. Click here to fill out an application!
