With Spanish splendor inspiring every aspect of the festivities, this year’s A Wonderful Night Out will be a smash hit. From smoking-hot décor to high-voltage salsa music, guests will enjoy Spanish tapas, festive games and an array of incredible auction items. Hold onto your Bolero jackets. It’s almost time to fiesta. Ole! Wonderscope Children’s Museum’s annual fundraiser A Wonderful Night Out will take center stage at the beautiful Madrid Theatre Saturday, October 20, 2007 from 6:30-10:30 pm. The event will attract more than 400 attendees consisting of a mix of young professionals, parents and museum patrons from around the metropolitan area. Sounds from the Salsa band will set the mood as guests feast on fabulous cuisine. A variety of wines will flow with the food to enhance the experience, and beer and specialty cocktails will be served. A silent auction will feature unique items from Kansas City’s favorite businesses. A live auction will showcase premier items which have included a Disney World package, Chiefs tickets, romantic getaways, original art and more! This year’s gala plans to raise more than $80,000 with proceeds to benefit Wonderscope Children’s
Museum’s first class exhibits and program development. Our sponsors
