Refunds are not possible if the school cancels
Wonderscope will make every attempt to reschedule or we will send I'm in FREE! passes for your group members to visit the museum individually
In the unlikely event that Wonderscope cancels a scheduled reservation for any reason, we will make every attempt to reschedule your group for a mutually agreeable date. If no date can be agreed upon, the group's money will be refunded.

Remember: Reservations made over the phone are considered firm and "No Shows" will be billed
